Drawings from Gabriella_it, click the right mouse button, select "save image".

 

Launch the program "The Sims3 creates a  pattern" insert image, select the 256 x 256 format ... adjust image if necessary, according to your taste, select the "export" button ... the file automatically will be placed under "transfers" of your startup (launcher) game the sims3 ....
